.DISCUSSION...
Light southerly winds are expected today with rain chances
returning at the coast tonight as a surge of tropical moisture
approaches from the east. Afternoon minimum RH values will
generally be in the 45 to 55 percent range with values near 60
along the coast today, then near 60 to 70 percent area-wide on
Friday. Chance of showers and thunderstorms rises further on
Friday as moisture continues to push in from the east.
