.DISCUSSION...
Before a cold front arrives later today, we will see continued
potential for fog, showers and thunderstorms. Of particular
concern will be a line of storms expected to cross the area
overnight, the strongest of which will be capable of producing
damaging wind gusts or even a brief tornado. Once the front is
through, fog and storm threats will end as colder, drier air comes
into the area. Though it will be enough to end this prolonged
humid, foggy stretch we`ve seen of late, the changes will be
fairly modest compared to a stronger front expected to arrive
Saturday evening.
