.DISCUSSION...
Isolated to scattered storms are expected today. Better chances
and coverage generally along and south of the US59/I69 corridor in
the afternoon hours. Otherwise, partly cloudy and hot with peak
heat index values 106-109F. Afternoon minimum RH values are
generally expected to be in the 40 to 55 percent range inland,
and 50 to 70 percent range near the coast. Winds will be light,
and generally from the south to southeast. Similar weather is
anticipated Sunday.
