.DISCUSSION...
Showers and thunderstorms will again be possible Tuesday. While
generally scattered, the highest coverage is expected to be along
the coast and in the Houston Metro. Isolated to scattered showers
and storms will remain in the forecast each day through most of
this week. Light and variable winds are expected today, but
southeasterly winds prevail by midweek, continuing into the
weekend. Patchy fog has cropped up near the coast and near the
Trinity River valley early this morning, expand over more of SE
Texas until shortly after dawn, then dissipate in the mid-morning.
