.DISCUSSION...
Isolated storms have moved offshore for the night. However,
scattered showers and storms are expected again Monday, beginning
as early as late tonight near the coast, but flourishing more
around mid-day into the afternoon. In general, it appears that the
most coverage and heaviest rains should occur closer to the
coast, but remain possible across the vast majority of the area.
At the same time, some drier air will begin to filter in from the
north, which will allow afternoon minimum RH values are to be
lower across the north on Monday, expanding into Tuesday. Look for
minimum RH values in the 50s and 60s today, and down into the 40s
and 50s tomorrow. Through it all, winds will remain light and
somewhat variable, though more out of the north and northeast than
other directions.
