.DISCUSSION...
With the light winds and clear skies in place, look for areas of
fog to develop inland...burning off by mid morning today. Minimum
afternoon RH values should drop into the 35 to 50 percent range
inland, and closer to 60 percent near the coast. Southerly winds
will become more southwest to west today, then eventually to the
northwest in the afternoon and evening as a weak front passes
though. Onshore flow quickly returns by Thursday afternoon.
