.DISCUSSION...
There may be a few thunderstorms during the late afternoon and
evening hours today and Saturday, with the highest risk of rain
occurring in our Piney Woods zones. Otherwise, the hot and dry
pattern will continue. Inland RH values are expected to drop into
the 25-40% range, with values between 50-70% near the coast. Fuels
have become drier in recent weeks due to the hot and dry
conditions.
