.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Despite the transition to onshore flow, low water levels will
linger in the upper portions of Galveston/Matagorda Bay during low
tide today. This includes locations north of Morgan`s Point along
the Houston Ship Channel. Onshore flow will increase heading
into mid-week which may result in increasing swell. We will keep
an eye out for sea fog potential Thursday and Friday nights, but
the potential may be limited by elevated wind speeds.
