Despite the transition to onshore flow, low water levels will linger in the upper portions of Galveston/Matagorda Bay during low tide today. This includes locations north of Morgan`s Point along the Houston Ship Channel. Onshore flow will increase heading into mid-week which may result in increasing swell.
