including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Winds near 15 knots and elevated seas will require small craft to
continue to exercise caution on the Gulf today. Moderate to
occasionally strong east winds and elevated seas are expected this
evening and will likely persist through the weekend. Therefore,
small craft advisories are in effect. Along Gulf beaches,
particularly for Highway 87 on the Bolivar Peninsula, high tide
levels may result in minor coastal flooding.
