.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Mariners should be cautious around any storms this afternoon as
waterspouts have been sighted earlier today within some coastal
storms. Persistent low seas and light to occasionally moderate
winds driven by the daily seabreeze and landbreeze cycle are
expected to remain in place for the next several days. With
increasing moisture, there will be a continued daily risk of
showers and thunderstorms into next week. Stronger winds and
rougher seas can occur in the vicinity of the thunderstorms. In
some cases, thunderstorm winds can extend far from the associated
storm.
