.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Onshore winds in the 5 to 15 knot range with occasionally higher
gusts and 2 to 4 foot seas are in the forecast through the end of
the week. Rain chances increase late Thursday into Friday as a
disturbance approaches from the east. NHC continues to monitor
a disturbance in the far northern Gulf for some potential
tropical development today into Friday. Moisture from this
disturbance will increase rain chances for Friday and Saturday.
