Bays.

1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the
average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Light winds and low seas will continue with wind direction
determined by the daily sea breeze, land breeze process. A daily
risk of scattered showers and thunderstorms continues through the
weekend and through much of next week. Coverage will likely be the
lowest Sunday into Monday, but then increase Tuesday and beyond
as another diffuse boundary moves in from the north. Locally
higher winds and rougher seas will be possible in the vicinity of
any thunderstorm.
