Channel out 60 nautical miles including Galveston and Matagorda
Bays.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the
average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Winds will become easterly and increase to around 15 kts today
and 15-20 kts on Thursday. Seas of 2 to 3 feet will persist,
through today and increase to 4 to 6 feet on Thursday as winds
strengthen. Winds relax and seas gradually subside on Friday.
Light onshore winds return during the weekend. Isolated showers
and storms will continue daily, except on Thursday, when scattered
to numerous showers and storms are expected as a surge of
moisture moves in from the northern Gulf.
