.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Tropical Storm Edouard has developed off the coast of central
Louisiana and is on track to makes its way toward the southeast
Texas coast between Sabine and Bolivar on Tuesday. Tropical Storm
Warnings are currently in effect from Bolivar eastward. Look for
increasing shower and thunderstorm coverage heading into the late
night hours and into Tuesday afternoon. Some storms could be
strong with gusts above 35 knots possible. Small craft in the
warning area should remain in port. Mariners are advised to
monitor the forecast for changes and updates.
