Bays.

.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

East to northeast winds in the 10-20 knot range tonight will
further diminish on Saturday...eventually turning around to a
light southeasterly direction by evening. Water levels will be
running above normal due in part to the moon phase and existing
easterly fetch. A more prevailing onshore will is expected next
week.
