Channel out 60 nautical miles including Galveston and Matagorda
Bays.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the
average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Periods of showers and thunderstorms are expected today and
tomorrow due to a disturbance in the Gulf. NHC continues to give
the system a 10 percent chance of becoming a depression over the
next day or two. Winds are expected to generally be light to
moderate while Gulf seas are expected to be 2 to 4 feet. However,
higher winds and seas are possible in the vicinity of
thunderstorms. Unsettled weather begin tapering downward on
Sunday followed by light to moderate onshore winds and relatively
low seas heading into next week.
