787 FZUS54 KHGX 211251 CWFHGX Coastal Waters Forecast for Texas National Weather Service Houston/Galveston TX 651 AM CST Fri Nov 21 2025 Upper Texas coastal waters from High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel out 60 nautical miles including Galveston and Matagorda Bays. Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. GMZ300-220115- 651 AM CST Fri Nov 21 2025 .Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM including Galveston and Matagorda Bays. Light to moderate onshore flow should continue for the next several days with Gulf seas of 2 to 4 feet. Isolated to widely scattered showers are expected as a front pushes offshore on Saturday. Winds on Saturday will become easterly to northeasterly behind the front going into Sunday. Onshore flow returns on Sunday. The next weather system will move into the area sometime Monday, bringing another chance of showers and storms.
