.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Moderate onshore winds and building seas will continue through the
predawn hours with a fairly tight pressure gradient in place.
Winds will diminish a bit as the day progresses. Light to
moderate onshore flow will prevail through the remainder of the
week.
