.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Southwest to west winds late at night and in the mornings will
become south 10 to 15 knots during the day as the seabreeze kicks
in. Seas will be 1 to 3 feet. A more prevailing south to
southeast flow may return late in the week and weekend along with
the return of some isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms.
