.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Elevated onshore winds will prevail through mid-morning, prompting
an extension of the previously issued caution. Winds are expected
to shift to the north Monday night as a cold front moves offshore,
potentially requiring an additional caution. A quick return to
onshore flow is expected on Tuesday night and Wednesday, which
will be followed by a stronger cold frontal passage on Thursday
with strong offshore winds and elevated seas developing in its
wake. This will likely require the issuance of a Small Craft
Advisory.
