.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Winds and seas will continue to decrease into this evening. That
being said, residual gusty winds and lingering enhanced seas will
make conditions hazardous enough for small crafts to exercise
caution into the early evening hours. Beyond today, generally
light to moderate winds and low seas are expected. Onshore flow
resumes on Tuesday before a brief period of offshore winds return
on Friday with the arrival of a weak dry front.
