including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Moderate to strong onshore winds will prevail through Monday
morning. Seas and winds could occasionally reach Small Craft
Advisory criteria tonight. Winds are expected to shift to the
north Monday night and Tuesday morning in the wake of a cold
front. Winds the shift to the south Tuesday night and Wednesday
and strengthen. Another cold front will be moving through the
area on Thursday with strong offshore winds and elevated seas
developing in its wake. Throughout this forecast period, caution
flags and advisories will likely be needed at times.
