Upper Texas coastal waters from High Island to the Matagorda Ship
Channel out 60 nautical miles including Galveston and Matagorda
Bays.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the
average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

A prevailing landbreeze and seabreeze circulation is expected,
featuring variable to offshore wind directions late at night and
in the morning and a more moderate onshore winds in the
afternoons and evenings. A daily risk of scattered showers and
thunderstorms continues through the end of the week. Locally
higher winds and rougher seas will be possible in the vicinity of
any thunderstorm.
