Minor coastal flooding and wave run-ups are possible north of Port Bolivar, particularly during times of high tide. * WHERE...Gulf-facing beaches,including Galveston Island and the Bolivar Peninsula. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures possible, particularly for areas north of Port Bolivar.
