  Pailolo Channel...

* Until 400 AM HST.

* At 153 AM HST, showers were located along a line extending from 57
  nm northeast of FAD Buoy N to near Ilio Point to 26 nm southwest of
  FAD Buoy HH, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Laau Point, Cape Halawa, Kalaupapa, Lahaina Harbor, Shipwreck
  Beach, Ilio Point, FAD Buoy K, and Kahului Harbor.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for gusty winds, steep and fast-building seas, and blinding
downpours. Stay low or go below, and make sure all on board are
