.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
High pressure far NE of the state will interact with a series of
weak surface troughs moving across the island chain to help drive
moderate to locally fresh trades through Monday. Then trade wind
speeds will increase back into the moderate to locally strong
range by midweek as the high gradually strengthens.
