nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
High pressure will build far northeast of the area through the
weekend as a broad trough over the western waters shifts away and
weakens. The surface ridge will weaken early next week as deep low
pressure develops to the northwest.
