410 FZHW60 PHFO 121536 OFFHFO Offshore Waters Forecast for Hawaii National Weather Service Honolulu HI 536 AM HST Wed Feb 12 2025 Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240 nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. A surface ridge will persist over N waters through today and will move S on Thursday as a front enters far NW waters. The front will stall and dissipate near Kauai on Friday as a surface high develops NW of the area. The high will move off to the NE on Saturday and a ridge will redevelop over N waters.
