nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
Strong high pressure centered about 1000 nm NW of Kauai will shift
slightly eastward through Sunday as a dissipating front across
central waters near Kauai drifts northward. The high will weaken
Monday and Tuesday, then rebuild Wednesday. A large north will
move through the area Saturday and Sunday.
