nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A trough W of Kauai will gradually push further W this evening and
weaken into Friday. Meanwhile, a ridge of surface high pressure
is expected to build NE of the area and persist through the
weekend. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will likely affect
far NW waters through Friday.
