nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
While high pressure far NE of the waters weakens over the next
couple of days, a trough will move across the Hawaiian offshore
waters from SE to NW through Friday before exiting the area.
At 1500 UTC, Tropical Depression Two-C was located at 11.9N
143.1W, moving WNW at 14 kt. The cyclone strengthens to a tropical
storm and tracks through the offshore waters this weekend.
