nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A slow moving cold front will stall and dissipate just west of
the central waters today. Trade winds will rebuild Friday and
Saturday then hold into next week. A large swell is forecast to
affect the waters Saturday through early next week.
