At 114 AM HST, showers were located along a line extending from 37 nm
north of FAD Buoy N to 16 nm southwest of FAD Buoy HH, moving east at
30 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
FAD Buoy T, FAD Buoy O, FAD Buoy HH, Ilio Point, and Kalaupapa.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for gusty winds, steep and fast-building seas, and blinding
downpours. Stay low or go below, and make sure all on board are
