            Kauai officials believe the death of a man
            found along the shoreline near Nomilu
            Fishpond is connected to Hurricane Lowell.
            Officials believe his death was related to
            storm surge from Hurricane Lowell in the
            area where he was found. An autopsy is
            pending to determine the exact cause of
            death. Foul play is not suspected, and the
            investigation remains ongoing.
