.DISCUSSION...
High pressure to the far north will maintain gentle to moderate
easterly winds across the French Frigate Shoals region through the
weekend. Embedded moisture in this flow will generally bring isolated
to scattered showers through the period. A moderate to small, long-
period west swell generated from previous Super Typhoon Bavi will
continue to fill in today and gradually fade over the next couple of
days. A small southwest swell will also continue to fade over the
next couple of days and a small, medium-period south swell will fill
in over the weekend.
