.DISCUSSION...
Drier air is moving across the state behind a weak front east of
Big Island. The entrance of this dry, stable air will create
crisp, cooler early mornings under generally partly cloudy skies.
Light to gentle northerly winds will slowly veer back to trade
winds by tonight. A dry trade regime will persist through next
week with any light precipitation being confined to windward
exposures and mauka slopes.
