.DISCUSSION...Observations indicate light winds out of the east over
Leeward Kauai except near the coast where a westerly sea breeze has
made inroads. The resident strong trade wind environment will limit
the potential for the sea breeze to reach the Puehu Wildfore forecast
point suggesting light easterlies will continue through the forecast
period. Clouds and frequent showers will remain focused
over windward areas while the Puehu Wildfire forecast point remains
dry with little more than passing drizzle anticipated.
