.DISCUSSION...
Tropical Storm Fausto will pass far north of the state while
weakening, disrupting the trade wind flow. Expect land/seabreezes
to develop tonight first for the eastern half of the state then
the western half by Wednesday. Locally heavy showers will remain
possible through Wednesday especially during the afternoon hours
as seabreezes develop. A more typical breezy and drier trade wind
pattern will develop Thursday becoming locally strong by Friday as
a strong high builds north of the state and holds through the
forecast period. Inversion heights are around 7000 to 8000 ft.
