.DISCUSSION...
Moderate trades will strengthen to breezy levels Wednesday and
hold through the forecast period. Enhanced tropical moisture from
remnant Norbert will increase chances of rainfall for windward and
mauka areas as early as Wednesday night through Friday. Chances
of heavy rain, isolated thunderstorms and flood potential could
develop Thursday into Friday. Drier air will move back in this
weekend as trades continue. Moisture from the remnants of Tropical
Depression 15-E may bring another round of enhanced trade showers
early next week. Relative humidity will remain elevated through
the forecast period due to transient tropical airmass.
