* WHAT...Surf 10 to 15 feet along north facing shores, except for
  14 to 18 feet along north facing shores of Kauai and Niihau.
  Surf 8 to 12 feet along west facing shores.

* WHERE...North and west facing shores of Niihau, Kauai, Oahu,
  and Molokai.

* WHEN...Until noon HST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents
  will make swimming dangerous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
