  between 1 and 3 inches, sleet accumulations between one tenth and
  two tenths of an inch, and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an
  inch.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Maine and central and southern New
  Hampshire.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to noon EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...A period of mixed precipitation is expected with air
  temperatures remaining below freezing. Expect slippery road
  conditions and avoid travel if possible. The Thursday morning
