...FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS...

Fog, dense in places, has developed overnight. Visibility will be
reduced to a quarter-mile or half- mile at times. Improvement is
expected through early morning, especially after 8am. Be sure to
give yourself plenty of space if driving through low visibility
fog. Keep your headlights on, even if it is daylight.
