  Coastal Waters from Cape Elizabeth, ME to Merrimack River, MA out
  25 NM...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 456 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Hampton,
  moving east at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  The Mouth Of The Merrimack River and Hampton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
