Fog and drizzle early this morning will transition to steady rain
showers near ignition time. Showers will persist through the day
and may be heavy at times. An isolated thunderstorm moving over
the burn area during the afternoon can not be ruled out. These
conditions will keep RH values in the 90 to near 100 percent
range, and the high temperature limited to around 70F. Showers
continue into tonight, tapering off around 2 AM. Drier weather
returns with warmer temperatures for Friday.
