Strong mixing is expected tomorrow under mostly clear skies which
is going to result in northwesterly winds gusting 15-20 mph by the
afternoon, with steady 8-10 mph background winds. A cooler
airmass begins to build into the region with high temperatures at
the burn area likely only reaching the upper 60s, so RH likely
only drops into the 40-50% range. Strong RH recoveries are
expected overnight Friday with valley fog likely to form. High
pressure moves directly overhead Saturday, so temperatures are
expected to be slightly warmer with similar RH and lighter winds.
