.DISCUSSION...
Sprinkles or a brief light rain shower can`t be completely ruled
out at the burn location this morning, but it will be an otherwise
dry day with a high temperature around 80 degrees and slightly
more humidity than yesterday with min RH expected to be in the
lower 50s. Surface winds will be light and mostly out of the south
to southwest but could be variable in direction at times,
especially this morning. Lower mixing heights and fairly light
transport winds are expected to yield poor smoke dispersion this
morning and fair dispersion this afternoon. Excellent RH recovery
is expected tonight.
