Low clouds and patchy fog this morning will give way to mostly
sunny skies. Light southwest winds this morning will turn
southerly this afternoon with gusts around 15 to 20 mph near the
burn site. These southerly winds will transport higher dewpoint
air into the coastal plain this afternoon with min RH around 50
percent. Low clouds and patchy fog may develop over the burn site
tonight as humidity recovers. Similar conditions are expected
Friday with light winds becoming steady out of the south FRiday
afternoon.
