.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers and isolated storms are possible this
afternoon, mainly in the mountains and foothills. Wetting rains
will be unlikely for the majority of the area. Minimum relative
humidity will drop to between 35 and 45 percent each afternoon
away from the coast, but winds will be light and good relative
humidity recovery is expected at night. Drought conditions will
expand, with the next chance of any wetting rain likely not
arriving until Thursday night or Friday.
