Offshore winds will continue into Saturday as the next system
approaches from the northwest. After spread rain across the coastal
waters Saturday night westerly winds will increase behind it Sunday.
Gale force gusts are possible south of Cape Elizabeth during the day
and those gusts may eventually expand north to Penobscot Bay by
Monday. Offshore winds gradually diminish the remainder of the week.
