At 254 PM ChST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Yigo, moving west at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada,
  Yona, Hagatna Heights, Andersen AFB, Talofofo, Mongmong-Toto-Maite,
  Sinajana, Asan, Piti, Santa Rita and Umatac.
