...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE EASTERN COASTAL WATERS OF GUAM 700
PM CHST...

At 553 PM ChST, Doppler radar is tracking a strong thunderstorm over
the eastern coast and waters of Guam. Satellite imagery indicates
frequent intense lightning with this storm. This storm is moving
west at about 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 25 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.

Intense lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
